Rabiranjan Chattopadhyay is an Indian politician and the present Minister for Technical Education and Training, the Minister for Science and Technology and the Minister for Biotechnology in the Government of West Bengal.[1] He is also an MLA, elected from the Bardhaman Dakshin constituency in the West Bengal state assembly election, 2011.
